Committee’s determination shine through

BUSINESSES from across Queensland and interstate are already making plans to be part of the 2023 Rotary FNQ Field Days on the back of a hugely successful event.

In excess of 15,000 attended the three-day biennial event at the Mareeba Rodeo Grounds on May 26, 27 and 28 – a true credit to the combined efforts of the Rotary Clubs of Atherton and Mareeba.

The organising committee were faced with a range of challenges in planning for this year’s field days due to COVID-19, but together have conquered and exceeded all expectations.

The introduction of online bookings has proved to be successful and allowed visitors to get through the gates more efficiently and effectively than ever before.
